?REALTOR® of the Year
The highest honor bestowed by the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®, this award celebrates a REALTOR® who has demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and dedication to the REALTOR® Association.

 

?Rookie of the Year
This award is for REALTORS® who have been licensed and assigned to a brokerage between June 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024. It recognizes those who uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, exemplify cooperation, integrity, and goodwill, and have excelled in sales during their early career.

 

?Affiliate of the Year
This award honors an Affiliate member who has actively participated in Association events, demonstrated high professional standards, and provided outstanding service to REALTORS® and the community.

 

?Good Neighbor Award
Recognizing outstanding community service, charitable involvement, and professional accomplishments, this award is exclusively for REALTOR® members who exemplify the spirit of giving back.
