The Circle of Achievement APPLICATION & WORKSHEET for QY2024 are READY!

I want to encourage all qualifying REALTOR® members to start filling out your Circle of Achievement application and worksheet NOW. The due date for submission is Friday, February 7, 2025. Forms must be emailed or delivered to the board office by the specific date, no exceptions!

Your Circle of Achievement Application and Worksheet are attached for your convenience or you can find them at www.FayetteRealtors.com under Resources at the top of the screen then to the right click “Documents” then scroll down under Awards.

Please READ through the application documents entirely for requirements and pertinent information.

 

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

• Be sure to reflect ALL volume on the worksheet so, that it can be applied towards the Top 10 Awards.
• All sales production needs to be reflected on the worksheet provided.
• The COA application can be delivered via email to FCBRawards@gmail.com OR in person to the Board office by 12:00 (Midnight) on February 7th, no exceptions.
• The application fee is $50.00.
• A late application may be submitted for consideration up to 7 days after the original due date for a “late application fee” in the amount of $200.00 that must be paid at the time of submission of the late application.
• If you want to recognized for a Partnership or Team award on top of your COA award you must complete page 3. 
• You only need to return page 1 -2 or 3 (if on a team) of the application as well as the worksheet
• You NO longer need to have the worksheet notarized.
• A wet signature is NO longer required by your Broker.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS . . .

FCBR has added 4 new classes of membership for COA – Crystal Phoenix - 20 year of membership, Gold Phoenix – 30 years of membership, Platinum Phoenix – 35 years of membership, Diamond Phoenix – 40 years of membership.

FCBR recognizes an additional 3 new categories for COA – Top 10 Individual Producers, Top 10 Partnership (Team of 2), Top 10 Teams (Team of 3 or more). Make sure to included your entire year of sales production on the COA application. No separate application needed just complete page 3 of the application.

If you have more than 25 transactions, PLEASE use the Long Form!
(When you open the worksheet, please note the 2 tabs at the bottom, one for Short form and one for Long form)

The last page of the Application document is a sample worksheet to help guide you. Remember, your name must be on the contract in order to claim any percentage of the transaction.

Please pay attention to the 4^th paragraph on the “Application Checklist”. It’s BOLD and RED for a reason.

Please give your brokers enough time to review and sign your worksheet and sales volume recap.
